Social Seas accepts the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Social Seas gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.
Payments are processed pending credit card verification submitted during checkout. When your payment has been accepted, you will be emailed an Order Confirmation. Payment methods and billing information cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please note that orders will be billed in full at the point of purchase, regardless of stock availability/pre-order status.
As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax, which may vary over time and depending on the state to which items are being shipped. Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Only one payment method can be applied per online order. We are unable to accommodate special requests for multiple payments to be applied toward one order.
All refunds are returned in the original form of payment. If you have received your order as a gift, email hello@socialseas.com to arrange a return of your order for an online gift card, pending eligibility.
Shopify is our website host. If Shopify recognizes your email address when you are in the checkout process, the company may send you a Shopify Pay code via email or text message for a faster checkout experience.
